Advanced Coupons & Loyalty Points is a PrestaShop module for automatic customer-specific discount vouchers and loyalty rewards. It generates unique welcome, birthday, first-order, and repeat-order coupons, sends reward emails, and lets customers exchange earned loyalty points for vouchers in the cart.
For a merchant, the main difference from a manual promotion is timing: rewards can follow what a customer actually does, with separate conditions for each campaign.

Configure the reward, not just the discount
Choose fixed-amount, percentage, or free-shipping vouchers. Repeat-order rewards can also be based on the value of the previous purchase.
Control eligibility by customer group, country, category, or brand. Exclude sale products and delay activation until the return window closes.
If you use other cart rules, test how discounts interact before launch.
Add loyalty points to the same customer journey
Customers earn points from eligible orders, see their balance, and convert available points into a voucher in the cart.
Set the earning rate, point value, expiry, and redemption conditions. Category and sale-product exclusions help control reward costs.
Loyalty points can complement coupon campaigns without requiring the same reward for every customer action.
From a real merchant request
Activate coupons after the return window
One merchant asked us for a specific change: a reward for a completed order should not become usable while that order could still be returned.
We implemented delayed coupon activation after the return period and made it part of the module's configurable reward rules. The customer can still receive a post-purchase incentive, but the store controls when the voucher becomes valid.
It is one example of why reward automation needs to reflect real order workflows, not only the moment a coupon is generated.
When this module is a good fit
Advanced Coupons is designed for stores that need customer-specific rewards tied to registration, birthdays, or completed purchases — particularly when different campaigns require different rules. It can also make sense when coupon automation and loyalty points should be managed together.
If you only need a single public discount code for a short promotion, PrestaShop’s native cart rules may be enough. There is no reason to introduce a larger rewards workflow for a one-off voucher.
